Applicable to all À La Carte Services & Digital Templates

By purchasing any À La Carte service or downloadable template from Interior Design Hotline, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all parties.
 
Payment & Access

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• For templates, a one-time-use download link will be provided on-screen and via email after payment.
• For À La Carte services, work will not begin until payment is processed and intake materials are submitted.

 
Templates – Usage & Licensing

• All templates are the intellectual property of Interior Design Hotline.
• Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable license for personal and professional use within your own design business.
• Templates may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed in whole or in part.
• You may customize the templates for your own use, but redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited.

 
Services – Timeline & Delivery

• Timeline estimates are outlined on each service page and may vary depending on client response times.
• Delays in submitting intake forms, documents, or follow-ups may impact delivery time.
• Rush requests may be considered for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

 
Revisions & Communication

• Each service includes a specified number of review rounds and/or follow-up communications.
• Additional revisions beyond what’s listed may incur an additional fee.
• Email is the primary method of communication unless otherwise noted in the service description.

 
Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of both services and digital products, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work, missed appointments, or unused services.
• For services that include a scheduled call, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture or a rebooking fee.

 
Intellectual Property
All content, templates, feedback, and materials created or provided by Interior Design Hotline are the sole property of the business and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, sell, or share these materials beyond your personal use. Legal action may be taken in the case of unauthorized distribution or duplication.
